The Patek Philippe museum is perhaps the best known of all watch brand museums. It hosts both an antique collection, retracing watchmaking history before Patek Philippe was born, and a very extensive collection of the brand. The density of high horology pieces on display is hugely impressive, (potentially even overwhelming at times for some).

• No need to bring your best camera! Photos are not allowed inside the museum. 

• As mentioned above, the number of majestic timepieces on display (around 2,500) is huge, and it can be frustrating if not enough time is planned to admire them.
